    Listings not going into draft status once expired and overdue. Also emails are not being sent out to companies listed on the directory. Can you please advise?

    Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look for you.

    Also include a link to a listing that does not behave as expected.

    Was the expiry automatic, or did you change a date or anything else?

    thank you, but is it possible to put the listings into ‘draft’ status if payment has not been received after the 7-day trial? also if a payment is not received. It appears that the listings are remaining in a ‘published’ status even though payments have not been received.

    Hello James,

    At the website end we not able sure about payment received or not at PayPal UNTIL we receive any IPN notification from PayPal. So we can’t update listing status at website end until any IPN request from PayPal.

    It updates listing status at website when PayPal sends IPN notification about payment renewal / subscription cancel / subscription cycles completed.

    Thank you, but what do I do about this problem? If a users purchases a listing on a 7 day free trial, if they do not pay the listing after 7 days it stays published anyway? The expire is overdue so surely this should go into draft status? Is it possible to set each listing to go from ‘published’ to ‘draft’ if the expiry date is greater than 1 day overdue? thank you.
