My server has been crashing constantly the last few days. I called my server provider and it seems that after deactivating GeoDirectory and its add-ons, the issue is resolved. They believe that it came into conflict with another plug in after an update.
Im too nervous to reactivate GeoDirectory in case it crashes again. Can you guys see what the issue is?
December 26, 2015 at 6:15 pm #65353Hi,
we will need to deactivate all plugins anyway to see which one is in conflict with GeoDirectory.Don’t you have a staging website where to do this testing, instead of working on a lie website?
Let us know,
Thanks
p.s. we will need FTP credentials too

December 28, 2015 at 7:36 pm #65576Hi,
I’ve flagged this for the developers. Debugging with such a high number of plugins will require some times.
Thanks for your patience,
December 28, 2015 at 7:59 pm #65581Ok thanks. Do you know about how long?
December 29, 2015 at 4:56 pm #65690Hi,
the developers are unable to access your ftp. They are getting 530 Login authentication failed.
I’ve double checked now and I got the same.
Please verify credentials and make sure to provide correct details.
Thanks

January 4, 2016 at 6:28 pm #66540Thanks for the info, please check now. I have not activated all plugins but this is what i see in your error logs:
#1 You had stripe addon active without the payment manager active which will cause problems, please always activate the payment manager first.
#2 I see this error many times “WordPress database error Incorrect key file for table” You can google it but this one seems to have the correct answer: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-database-error-incorrect-key-file-for-table
Please let us know if you have any more problems.
Thanks,
Stiofan
January 7, 2016 at 12:04 am #67243Did you guys re activate the plugin when you checked this out a couple days ago? My website got the “error establishing database connection” again. I had to contact my server to reboot my site.
I once again deactivated Geodirectory and its add ons. Can you please explain what the #2 error means more in depth? I have no idea what it means or how to fix my on going issues……
January 7, 2016 at 3:56 pm #67303Hi,
Stiofan said he didn’t reactivate all plugins. In additoin you had Stripe installed without the payment manager installed, which will not work.
#2 There is a problem with your database configuration (server level). Did you read and try this: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-database-error-incorrect-key-file-for-table?replies=5
Let us know,
Thanks
