    Hello,

I know I can add a location name as a category or tag, and then click those as displayed by [gd_single_taxonomies] in a detail template and see the listings associated with that taxonomy.

How do I do the same for ‘neighborhoods’ (enabled)?

You can use the GD Post Address element to output any of the address/location parts.

Archives for neighborhoods are available, but as far as GD Locations element, at this time it is only for cities. We do have a task to look at doing more with GD Locations for future versions, though.

I am not sure, I will flag your question for the developers.

I checked into this and it is not yet possible with GD elements but I have made a note of your request and we will look into it for future versions. In the mean time it would be a customization.
