I’m not really understanding the way locations work in regards to menu items (cpt categories).
Say I check out an event, and the detail page shows the city of the event in the breadcrumb. I then click on the main nav item for a “listings” cpt, no problem, it does not specify a city. BUT if I click on one of the “listings” categories in the submenu under main “listings” cpt link, the availability of listings is based on the city that the event I just viewed is under.
If I click the menu link (cpt) and show all listings under the cpt and then go to the subnav and choose a category, no problem, but this is counter intuitive.
I really do not want the searches to default to any one city but need multiple cities for listings.
Does this make sense :)? And thanks!
