Location Switcher on Menu Not Working Properly

Hi,

My website is http://www.lateopens.com I have enabled Location Switcher on my main menu but am facing the following error. For my test data, my available country in Malaysia, region is Selangor and cities are USJ and Shah Alam.

Error 1:

When I select a country or city, it takes me to a page with error “page not found”. See Pics 1, 2 and 3.

Error 2:

When I select my region, Selangor, it takes me directly to a single places post (http://lateopens.com/places/malaysia/selangor/usj/electronicsstore/selangor-shop/) rather than a page listing all posts. See Pic 4.

Could you please look into this for me.
