Greetings. Me again.
Several questions about the location switcher so I’ve collected them here. Please redirect me as needed. 🙂
1. Is it possible to customize/change the color of the location switcher button in the menu? Right now in my theme (Genesis Magazine Pro) it’s black, which won’t work. Screenshot attached.
2. I’m only given one option to locate the location switcher, which is in the main nav menu. But everything *seems* to be in the secondary menu. How can I move the location switcher to the main menu?
3. Can I change the text in the nav menu tab for “Location?” Also, can I change the text in the tab for “Listing?”
4. Genesis provides a way to right align one of your menu tabs in the secondary menu to stand alone by itself. I might want to try doing that with the location switcher, because right now it’s a bit confusing what to click in my menu to change location because of the location switcher’s location immediately next to the Bike, Beer and Music tabs, for example (and that may be because the menu needs to be set up differently or display different pages in the menu.) But, how can I right align the location switcher? Screenshot attached from Genesis documentation.
5. I noticed from a previous thread that we can add the function to show the user’s current location. If a user is using our GeoDirectory site on mobile and allowing geolocation, what is the advantage of showing the user’s current location?
Many thanks for all of your help.
Best,
Marsha
