Hi, I love this plugin and so far it works beautifully for what I want I want to buy a few addons for it as well but I have a slight issue with the compatibility of my theme. Im using car dealer theme and when the plugin is install the top header/content bar shifts and when clicking sign up the javascript window just flashes over the screen and doesnt come up. When im logged in I dont have any issues with the header area at all. Do you have an suggestions on where i can look to solve this problem. My website is carzbz.com you can check it out to see what i mean. Thanks in advance
November 28, 2016 at 7:33 am #312784Hi Jerome,
I’ve just checked your Website and I’m not really sure if I’m getting this. Do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Thanks!

I’ve just checked your Website and I’m able to see the issue there. Looks like GD stylings are causing the issue there. Could you try overwriting it using the custom CSS code below? I’ve tried applying it but it seems to be in a cache as I’m unable to see the changes. Could you give it a try? Also, let me know if the code below breaks anything else.

I’ve taken another look at your Website and I’m able to see the issue there. Looks like GD is conflicting with the theme. I’ll ask a developer for a second opinion. Thanks ahead of time for your patience!

there is definitely a JS conflict between our plugin and that theme. I asked to the developers team to go deeper as I can’t find the problem.
They’ll let us know asap.
Thanks for your patience,
November 29, 2016 at 6:37 pm #314583I see you are runing W3 total cache, this is know to cause problems, can you try disabling it to see if that fixes it, if not please also provide FTP info and i will get to the bottom of it.
Thanks,
Stiofan

This change was made in the core GD plugin, we will be doing a release later today and it will be included so no need to worry.P.S. Reviews are always greatly appreciated! 🙂
