    Hi Jeff,

    you can try this CSS and then adjust it as needed if your list grows longer.

    ul.geodir-loginbox-list {
        padding-bottom: 100px !important;
    }

    Ok, but wouldn’t it be better to make the drop down “in front” of the utmost bottom footer? Aesthetically it may would look better… I mean, I appreciate the CSS, it needed a little padding there anyways. Is there a way to make it show in front?

    I’ve had a similar problem with navigation drop down menus dropping behind content Div’s a long time ago. I don’t recall the resolve but this reminds of it and there was a way to make the drop down in front somehow…

    I really would prefer it drop in front. The more I try compensating for it not doing that by adjusting the CSS of the widget and/or the footer the more i realize it is just not a good solution at all aesthetically (esp. in various view ports). Please let me know if anyone knows how to make this drop in front of everything.

    Hi Jeff,

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve tested a few custom CSS code and it doesn’t seem to affect anything. A workaround would be to increase the footer height and use the custom CSS code I’ve shared earlier to limit the dropdown menu height to allow scrolling.

    Thanks!

    Kor, I had to remove CSS because of the Claim Listing issues per Alex. Furthermore, compensating with CSS didn’t render the best results. So far I think Stiofan has come up with something interesting I’ll try out for a bit. Thanks guys!

    Stiofan, I removed the CSS earlier to see if it would fix something else because you guys said it may be the reason I was having a problem. I accidentally lost the CSS in the process. It’s been driving me nuts for about 2 hours now because I can’t recover the lost information via my clipboard or in microsoft word where I had it. I feel so depressed now because we worked so hard getting to this point. I think I got all the CSS recovered accept this one where you didn’t state what you did to make the Login widget push the footer down. So, now it’s dropping behind the footer again. Please help me recover the CSS. I am so darn depressed right now about losing this… 🙁

    Added back, this will actually be a change in the Directory starter theme in next release:

    .footer-widgets .chosen-with-drop  .chosen-drop
       {
          position: relative;
        }
