I purchased the 1 year add on bundle and added several of the new addons and used the auto update to update the core plugin and it lost all the fields for my places. I did not have any custom fields just the default. Also, I can cannot select a country when I try to add a new location. Is there a way to reset the plugin?

    Hi Strong Coffee,

could you please provide a link, wp admin, phpmyadmin/cpanel and ftp credentials in a private reply? I’ll have a look at your install and check if there are any issues in the database.

    Thx

I disagree. My events still do not have any fields in the Event Information and the events page hits a 404 page. Nothing has been fixed at all.

pls let’s avoid a ping pong and keep things in 1 topic.

What do you mean by “My events still do not have any fields”, because I see everything here: http://yoursite.com/test/events/canada/alberta/red-deer/festivals/revolutionary-germantown-festival/

And I explained you why events are returning no results. You are filtering by today and you ahve no events for today. You should filter by upcoming.

    Thx

    Hi again,

I never saw this, but it seems like some DB tables are missing.

Did you transfer this database from another domain?

I’d need phpmyadmin creentials to fix it, but given that the website is basically empty, I think it would be wiser to export the few posts and options you have, drop the database and reinstall wordpress. Reinstall GeoDirectory and start over.

    Let us know,
    Thx

It was transferred from another domain but it was fine until I updated the plugin. There is only dummy data in GeoDirectory right now so we can go ahead and drop the tables and reinstall. What tables do we need to drop?
