    I am using GD for my site and I paid for the MultiLocation addon. I have lost my login details for GD and have had to use an old account. Is there anything on my GD backoffice on my site that can identify me to recover my details and original account?

    I have tried resetting with new password and the only email recognized is the email for this account.

    Is the Multilocation a one off payment or a subscription?

    All addons are on a subscription basis until you cancel the subscription.
    What is the URL where you installed it?
    What is the license number you used?
    Did you pay with PayPal, what email address did you use, the invoice of your payment gateway may have the right information too?
