    Hello,

I lost the map on some front end forms after making changes to the address custom field. I have tried every option available in the field options to get it back without succes, dont know if it’s my doing or if it’s a bug because some field options are not responding.

for example : custom fields>Field: Address (Address)>Show latitude & longitude from front end, even when ticked the lat & long dont show on the front end.

You can see the missing map here:

bivouak.ca (password : Demo) > Add listing > Ski Spot > Address fields

And the same for the Bike trail front end form.

    Thanks,
    T

    Hi there,

We would need WP temp admin access to your Website to check further. Could you please provide that in private reply?

    Hi Thierry,

sorry for the late reply. This is very very strange, did you set that CPT to be locationless at one point?

I believe we will need FTP and phpmyadmin or cPanel credentials to solve this.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

    Hello,

Is there a reason all your GD plugins are out of date?
This should be solved by updating and then going to CPTx Settings>Address>Save

Yes, I have made changes to the theme that will be crushed if I update the plugins. I will eventually create a child theme but I am not there yet and wanted to get by like that for a little while. Anyway to fix it without updating the plugins? How did this happen, it worked fine before.

    Hi,

updating the plugins shouldn’t crush anything if your customization are in the theme.

I’m sorry, but we can’t provide support for outdated versions. Yours is 5 version old.

    Thanks
