manage fields in review form

    Is there way to make website fields mandatory in that form? and add some new fields a attached?

    After user submission, where admin can see the user input info, e.g. email, name?

    This plugin can extend comments: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-comment-fields/
    You might be able to add a compulsory website field rather than using the WP built in one.
