Manage Listing Boxes have disappeared

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    This evening I have been notified by a user that the manage listing options have disappeared and they are unable to access their listings in order to edit, renew etc.

    Normally from the homepage (and various other sidebars on the site) logged in users can access their listings by clicking on ‘My Listings’ > ‘Yards’. This is no longer showing as an option (see attached screen grab where it usually shows this option) between ‘Manage My Listing’ and ‘Logout’.

    No changes have been made so I’m unsure where it’s gone- any ideas where or why it’s disappeared?

    Sorry- screen grab attached. Have also just made sure everything is up to date and cleared cache and makes no difference.

    Thanks for your post. Please share both logins in private reply, administrator and the user that is having issues. Also, share the URL of the page in question and list the steps to replicate it.

    It seems some of the navigation options weer disabled at:

    GeoDirectory – Design – Navigation – USER DASHBOARD POST TYPE NAVIGATION SETTINGS

    Pleas review those settings and adjust to your liking.

    About the listing size, these option are also in the same place, GeoDirectory Design. You can change the view on the Listing and Search page.

    Hello,

    it does indeed look like the API key is missing.
    You can retrieve that key by visiting the API console:
    https://console.cloud.google.com

    I don’t know how, but it does look like your settings were wiped out at some point, that almost every field that takes an input is blank.

    Probably a good idea to review all the settings to see if any others need attention.

    Thanks Alex. When I’ve logged back in this morning the message re API is no longer there and the other settings on the site (ie i noticed yesterday when a user logged in it showed their listings in a grid results not list as has always been the setting) but has now reverted back to normal. Very odd. Have now updated the site to the new one available so hopefully it was just some weird blip that’s resolved itself- the site now seems to be working fine from user perspective! Thanks for your help.
