Don’t know if this is a Google issue or a GeoDirectory issue. I added a company in Zapotan, Mexico; but only got an error that it could not be found. It’s a very large city and I don’t know why it could not be found. Is there any way to add it anyway?

    Hello!

Sometimes address are not found, it is true.

When you did find it by scrolling the map, was the address as you expected?

Have you turned on autocomplete for the address?

I don’t think I’ve turned on auto complete only because I don’t have a clue how. No. I couldn’t scroll the map only because it was on my default city of Ajijic, which, incidentally is a lot smaller than Zapopan. It’s a city, a suburb of Guadalajara, with a population just over a million.

Google maps does find it. The GPS coordinates are 20.672721, -103.418188.

Tried to take a screen shot showing when I enter Zapopan it says not found; Google Maps knows where it is. I entered the GPS coordinates in the place; but it still won’t let me enter Zapopan.

    Hi Gary,

Thanks for your reply. I’ve just checked that location and it exists. http://www.ajijictoday.com.mx/places/mexico/jalisco/zapopan/accommodation/gd-test/#post_map . Is this what you’re looking for?

    Thanks!

The listing is correct except for the city. It’s not Guadalajara. It’s Zapopan.

    Hi Gary,

Thanks for your reply. I’ve just inspected the map again and I’m able to find the city Zapopan when I zoomed in. Check out the attached screenshot.
