Map doesn't appear on the page and can not add a new place

I have same problem which probably has been discussed on this topic: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/please-choose-address-of-the-city-only/

I choose Istanbul(Turkey) as a default city on the map, however when I try to add new place, it gives an error message says “Please choose address of the () city”. It gives error repeatedly which makes impossible to make change or something. You have to click back button on the browser to get rid of from the error.

Additionaly, although I have uploaded dummy data. I see that their default location sees on the map not in Istanbul but in another city in Turkey.
