    Is there a way to change the color of the expand/reduce button relative to the search/category box on the map so that it is clear to the user that the button performs a function?

    Also, is it possible to separate the expand/reduce button from the text for “enable dragging’?

    My site is at http://www.hearabouthere.com and the button and text are slightly to the left at the bottom of the box.

    thanks
    Victor

    Hi Victor,

    I’ve just checked your Website and I’m really sure which button you’re referring to. Could you pinpoint it using a screenshot?

    Thanks!

    Hi Kor,

    I have attached a screenshot from my iPhone. It is difficult to see as you indicated, but a white expand/reduce button is on top of black lettering “enable dragging.”

    Any help to make this clearer is appreciated.

    Thanks
    Victor

    Ye you can do that and more with CSS:

    .fa.fa-compress {
        color: #ff0000;
    }

    Change the color code to whatever suits your design.

    Let us know how it goes,

    Thanks

    Thanks, Paolo.

    I changed the color using the site origin CSS editor recommended. Is it possible to move the words “enable dragging” slightly to the left so as to not interfere with the expand/reduce button. On iPhone 6 in portrait mode the “enable dragging” text and expand/reduce button are in the same location.

    Hi Victor,

    Try adding this custom css.

    .geodir_map_v3_home_map_1-control-div {
        left: 15px !important;
    }

    Thanks, Giri.

    I think that did the trick.
