Map is not charged in event page

1) Do you will resolve either problems (problem in field adress with latin characters, and problem in field title with quotes)?
2) In order to planifificate my work, when aproximally you think thiscproblem will be resolved?

Hi, there are news about this error.
I forgot tell you the following:
If in the csv file there is one event where the time of the event is for example 08:02 or for example 08:11 (so the time is not multiple of 15 minuts), geodirectory gives me an error (map will not showed or listing will not showed).
I have understood that you will resolve error from:
1. Special characters in address field
2. Quote in title field

But I have not understood if in the new release I will can introduce time not multiple of 15 minuts (like for example 08:02 or for example 08:11).

I hope your answer and I hope you tell me aproximally when I can have in my web this bug resolved.

One month ago I have had problems for upload listings from csv files.
1. GeoDirectory dont recognized latin character. Only recognize UTF8. If I upoloaded listing in latin character geodirectory show the map broken.
2. GeoDirectory dont recognized quotes. If I upoload listing with quotes geodirectory show the map broken.
So in February 24 you asked me about:
wp-admin, ftp and Database access
in order to take a look.
You told me that the problem is in GeoDirectory. Now I have seen that in the new realease of march 26 you have fixed the following:
Quotes in csv title import break maps – FIXED
I dont know if the problem with LATIN CHARACTERS is also fixed or no.

But now I contact you because I have another problem. It is not LATIN CHARACTERS… I have another problem…
After your acces in my server (February 24) where you wanted take a look, I have had problem with my web. I cant have access in my web and I received the following error:

These errors are not related with GeoDirectory, but it is related with Data Base and MYSQL. I dont know why, but now I have duplicate data base and my server go very very slowly…
I dont know what happened…
If I upload my web in other local server it run well, but in my OVH server it dont run.
I have done any change in data base and in MYSQL because I am not informatic, and I understand nothing about data base and servers.
So, I only ask you if do you remember if you have done some changes in data base setting or in MYSQL.
Maybe you have done a change and you forget deactivate this change.

If you remember some things that can help me, I will apreciate you.
If you dont have had any change, and you cant help me, please let me know.

If you want have a look in my data base you can have user and pass in the previous messages.

I supuse that… but I didnt find this white space…

I dont want molest you more, but this error converted me in a “crazy man” during one month…
So I`d like understand the origen of this error.
So my question is: how this white space was created?
Maybe after my last 4.4.2 wordpress update?
Maybe after installing one incompatibility plugin?
Or other causes…

Do you know the origen of this error or the most probability reason?

All run well, but the following pages give me “Error 404 – Página no encontrada”

1. I have resaved permalink in Dashboard => Setting => Permalink
2. I have done click in the button RUN in DG TOOLS

But I receive the same message “Error 404 – Página no encontrada”

I am sorry if I returned to disturb you. But I have used all my knowledge. But it is not enough.

Please help me, and let me know where is the problem, so the next time I can resolve it without molest you.
