    Hi,

I have set up a copy staging site to update both WordPress and from V1 to V2.

It has gone quite well and the instructions seemed to be clear.

The issue I have now is that, even if all my listings are here and I can do a search etc. and find them in the correct locations, They all miss the map markers in the close-up view and the cluster view shows the numbers but no colors.

When I open a listing to edit view, the address and coordinates are there but no map location is shown.

If you can please give me some pointers and have a look if you need to.

    The new installation lives here:

    Thanks
    Lise

    Hi lisec73,

Thanks for your post. I’ve just tested GDV2 marker cluster on my local dev site and it works fine. I suspect it has got something to do with a plugin conflict. Could you deactivate all non-gd plugins and see if it works?

    Thanks!

That’s very strange. I can see that as well in my Chrome developer tools. How can that happen?

I have deactivated all plugins apart from the geodirectory ones but no luck getting my markers back.

    Any next steps to try?

GD didn’t rename those images. It probably happened because of the change in the URL moving to the staging site.

You can use BSR to fix them: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/better-search-replace-plugin/

Or contact your host to ask them why/how that happened when you moved the site to staging

Your site url had a hidden line
break in it, it was invisible but it was causing issues, it did not immediately fix the icons but after just saving each category that seemed to fix them.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

I appreciate your help so much. I can see my map markers are working well now. V2 and Supreme theme looks very good!
    Thanks
