Map not showing at all in shortcode

Hi,

I am using GeoDirectory as a Business Directory on my X-theme site. I have a custom home page, and was hoping to use shortcode to add the GD features I want to the custom page. When I insert the shortcode [gd_homepage_map], nothing shows up. In fact, I cannot view any maps!
Yes my Google Maps API key has been registered.

Can you please help me to get the map working!

On multisite, you should not network activate:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-use-gd-on-a-multisite-network/

You have turned off all the maps at GD > Design > Map > SHOW / HIDE POST TYPE AND CATEGORY ON MAP:

Note: Tick respective post type or categories which you want to hide from home page map widget.
