I posted this last night and now it’s not showing under my “Topics Started” so I am re-posting this. I am not sure if the original message was caught in your spam filter because of the two links I placed. I develop and provide support for the Genesis Framework so I know forums can be a bit testy.

Anyway, the businesses are showing up fine and in the right areas of the home page, large map. However when you click on one of them or visit an individual business listing – the map will now show up when clicking the “Map” tab. Actually you have to click the Map tab twice to get the screen below.

Here is the home page image – https://www.dropbox.com/s/8zjhyb7rvxy31ww/home%20page%20pins.png?dl=0.

Here is the individual page listing – https://www.dropbox.com/s/xa5x9p4x9krxs0v/individual%20page%20map.png?dl=0.

I don’t understand how the latitude/longitude works on the main map but will not produce a map under that tab.

I will create a screenshot of this post in case it disappears again.

    Hello Anita, can’t login

ERROR: The password you entered for the username geosupport is incorrect.

however, you’re missing one of the basic configurations for Geodirectory:
    Permalinks.
You need to change the structure in the WordPress permalinks to /%postname%/

here’s the documentation of how to get started with GD
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/

I am just seeing this message 5 days later. I wasn’t notified. It looks like someone logged in there and was fixing things because it’s showing the correct city now, but that day when I wrote this it was going back and forth. I just need to know what files were modified to make it work so I will know if I have the same issue again later.

Hi Anita, it wasn’t me, as I couldn’t login (and still can’t) with your login details, if someone else did not do that (I will ask to Paolo), it was maybe something on your side, probably cache.
