Map working on Staging, but not on live

WPEngine says:
“Ok, so what would be the best thing here is to see if the developer has a recommendation on what can be excluded from cache to make that work. Normally we can exclude a page, argument or cookie from cache that would allow this functionality to work. I was hoping to see if there is something specific we can exclude as to not affect your server’s health since you said you have so many locations. If each location was hit as an uncached hit that could easily take down your server depending on the amount of traffic the site gets”
