    Hi there,
I’m really sorry if I’m being a bit dim – but I’m not understanding this system at all.

I have installed GeoDirectory, including some of the add-ons. I have imported the database of listings. I’m working through the set-up and design of each of the pages, but I’m struggling to get things to work correctly.
    I’m using the Avada theme.

    http://www.thefrancofile.com/wp

    Query 1: Maps.
On every instance of the map I see this error message:
    “No Records Found
Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.”
? Not sure how I can get this to work

Query 2: Post-content link not working
I’ve added a listings shortcode to the home page. It was working okay and taking me to the Details page. Today, I’ve worked through some more of the set-up settings and now the ‘read more’ doesn’t work and I cannot see where I can check it/change it. Its giving me a 404 error.

Query 3: I add a listing, but it is not showing in the data and I cannot find it in searches. (I have ‘accepted’ it – its not pending)

I’d appreciate your help on this to set me off in the right direction.
    Thank you in advance.

    Hi Amanda,

    Thanks for your post.

    1. Kindly make sure that you’ve setup your Google Map API key correctly as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/google/ .

    2. Could you try resaving your permalinks? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/permalinks/#404

    3. We would need to check your GD setup, could you please provide your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that we could check on it?

Okay – great. Many thanks for your help so far.
So are longitude and latitude values required for each ‘place’ to make them validate in the Maps? Any place without them will show the error?

Yes, latitude & longitude values are required for physical location based listing. Otherwise it may show issues on the map.
