Hi,
At this moment every business owner who claims 1 place can generate a unlimited number of new listings. For events I can understand this because a place can have more events over the year but for places I would prefer to manage this in the price packages like I prefer the most comercial enable/disable functions to manage in the price packages.
In this way you can set up how many new places (new) listings can be gererated in each of the price packages.
For example: I struggling at this moment with a client who has 9 different businesses with one holding. He can subscribe with his holding package X with price X. After that he can list all his 9 different companies, all for the same price.
Every of our business packages are for 1 business and if we want we can make a unlimited editions but not by default.
Is it possible to change that or is this all to manage in the new franchise plugin?

July 5, 2015 at 8:49 am #44710Why do you not just disable free listings?
You can just put a price per listing using the pricing addon.
Not sure I understand …July 5, 2015 at 9:38 am #44712I think he meant to say he want to give users the option to add xx paid listings with only a subscription, basically paying per package and not “per listing”.
I remember this has been asked by someone else some months ago. I’ll ask to Stiofan about that, (tomorrow).July 5, 2015 at 10:01 am #44713Just a thought: You can give coupons to users that have paid for a listing. You can add the code to the claim listing or other confirmation emails.
July 5, 2015 at 10:12 am #44714Hi guys. Thanks for your quick answer.

I think in this way you can better manage moneytising your product.Txs
July 5, 2015 at 10:29 am #44717Hi Guust, yes that’s a idea indeed 🙂
But when I think more about this case and also look trough the eyes of a client, I thing we should set up concepts with less management time as possible after subscribtion. Think about this client. 9 time paying, 9 times extend the 9 accounts, etc.
Personaly I love to manage all my workload in one dashboard with less work as possible. Due managing all comercial features in packages it will make everything more clear and easyer for the client and for us.
You can easy create call to actions managed over packages etc
See screenshots
Thanks again
July 5, 2015 at 10:30 am #44720And of course, you can use a membership plugin like S2Member and charge to get access to the Add Listing page forever, or per year or whatever.
So pay to become a member and add as many free listings as you like.July 5, 2015 at 12:13 pm #44721Hi Guust, very good option but that means : one more plugin to install ( I just deleted 20 plugins to keep my WP configutation in healthy condition. Also one more program to manage and to need knowledge of it. Also one more obstacle for clients to need a membership. It’s worth to study this but I still believe in managing this all in packages.
But like I said. I will take a look at that. Thanks for your coloboration and I’ll let you know

July 5, 2015 at 3:17 pm #44743Hi, spoke to Stiofan, the payment process is about to be rewritten (code-wise) so things might be changing in a couple of weeks. You can hold on till then and use the method Guust suggested meanwhile.
July 5, 2015 at 7:37 pm #44752Great news.
You can close this topic if you want
Thanks
July 21, 2015 at 3:46 pm #46381I’m looking to get the same functionality. We want to sell packages. We’re using the s2member plugin, but want to offer a different number of listings per package. Please let me know when the new coding changes are finished and whether or not it will accommodate this.
July 21, 2015 at 9:30 pm #46425Stephanie, if you have the prices and payment addon, you will get an automatic update.
Otherwise I suggest to keep an eye on the blog at https://wpgeodirectory.com/category/blog/ -
