Membership Levels Options for Events Only Listings

    Hi guys,
    I am trying to figure out Pricing options and limitations.
    Please could you let me know the best way to accomplish this for Events Only Listings.

    I want to keep it simple for the users. The website will have 3 Membership Levels only as below:
    FREE: 5 Event listings per month ($0/month)
    STANDARD: 15 Event listings per month ($10/month)
    PREMIUM: 30 Event listings per month ($20/month)

    Within each of these 3 Levels the user gets the same DEFAULT access, but can also Upgrade to Featured listing for additional $10(for each listing)

    Is this possible? Do I need Paid Memberships Pro or something to accomplish this?

    Please let me know.
