Membership Renewal GD6BDAY

Hi,

I’m attempting to renew my membership and take advantage of the GD6BDAY discount code you emailed.

Couple of questions:

1. How can I use my available PayPal Balance to pay for this renewal promotion instead of being forced to use my business credit card on file?

2. On the renewal page it’s saying this: Your existing subscription to Membership – 12 Months will be cancelled and replaced with a new subscription that automatically renews 1 Year for $199.00. I just simply wanting to extend my existing subscription and license keys for another 12 months, not replace what I already have and then have to go thru each website to update said license keys. Is there a way to just simply extend what we already have for another 12 months by taking advantage of this offer without having to deal with replacement of license and membership keys?
