    Hello

    I can’t get the membership part of the plugin to work.
    There is a login page but if someone tries to sign up or sign in it doesn’t go anywhere.
    The user account is made but I can’t find the actual ‘membership area’.

    If a user tries to sign up up there is also no success page, it just reloads the login page.

    Have you added the GD Login widget anywhere? That will give you links to the user’s listings etc.

    Thank you for your reply.
    I just added in the GD login widget and then tried to sign in and it took me back to the main login page 🙁

    You are running the latest GD core plugin but your addons are out of date.
    All GD plugins have to be of the same vintage, old addons will not work with the latest core plugin.

    Do I need to renew my membership to get a Licence Key? If I go into downloads it says Expired under Licence Key

    That is correct, licences are valid only while your membership is active, or you purchased addons one by one on a lifetime basis.
    If you renew your membership, the licences become active again.

    Hello.
    I have deactivated all add ons until I can figure out exactly which ones I want to purchase and the still if I go to login in as a Subscriber it doesn’t work. What is meant to happen after a user logs in?

    I’m worried I’m missing something.

    I contacted the host and they weren’t sure what you meant.
    Although they found an error in some code
    PHP Warning: strpos(): Empty needle in /home/shoestr1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-functions/general_functions.php on line 2595

    Could this be causing the issue?

    I’m just trying to get my head around all of this.
    If I’m a subscriber and I login at the following URL
    http://shoestringweddings.com.au/gd-login/
    where should I then be redirected?

    Also what URLs do members have access to, to add favourite things, add a listing, look at account details etc?

    If you login there, you will be redirected to the homepage.
    I suggest you add the “GD > loginbox” widget to a sidebar so you get to see all the links that are available.

    If you turn off the coming soon page, you can test it all with another email address.
