Hey there tech folks. We’re building up our site, and have hit a snag with the merchant id field being blank in the prices and payments section of geodirectory. Just trying to figure out why that is, and how we can change it because we need it to charge folks to upgrade their listing capabilities.

Hi Kstok,

have you tried to go to GD >> GD Tools and run this tool : Multisite DB conversion check?

If you did and it didn’t fix the issue, another thing could be an outdated addon. Are all your addons up to date?

If none of the above helps, I would need to have a look at your dashboard, in that case please provide a url and wp admin credentials in a private reply.

Sorry for the delay in this response. We did the Multisite DB conversion check and it fixed it up. Thanks for the swiftness of your solutions, and if we run into anything else (hopefully not) i’ll be sure to let you know.
