Messages Not Sent

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Customers can click and get the email link of a vendor. The problem is that it emails the messagage to me, the Administrator, with all the info but it is not sent to the person it is suppose to go to (the vendor). Since I am getting it I can forward it on but it would be more efficient for the email to be sent directly to the vendor. Please correct this or show me how.

    It would seem you are using V1
    In V1 the send enquiry button and form sends an email to the email address in the ’email’ field of the listing.
    There is an option for a BCC to the Admin under the GD email settings.
    You may be receiving the BCC and thinking it is the original?
    Make sure to change the email subject and text so it is personalized and avoids the spam bucket of the vendor.

    You can install the email log plugin to keep track of email being sent from the site.

    The email is not being sent. I created a test account and the mail is not being sent to the vendor. A BCC is being sent to me but the original is not being sent to the vendor.

    Kor,
    There is no error message. On my test site the email is not being sent to the person that sent it.

    This could be a server related issue, kindly check with your hosting provider as there only you’ll get the best solution.
