Missing map

    Hi

    On my main page, my map appears to be struggling to display, although it shows on my search pages.

    there are no categories enabled for the CPT Dog Friendly attractions… see image attached

    Go to geodirectory > design > map and untick categories or create some if you don’t have any. Categories are mandatory.

    I’m a bit confused..

    went to the page you said, and the categories were all unticked. Ticked them all and the map disappeared from both this page and every other page where it was previously working. So went back and unticked all except for dog friendly attraction, and still maps didnt work anywhere.

    Never had this problem before, the maps used to all work fine.

    What am I doing wrong and what’s caused this sudden issue?

    Do you have any category for dog friendly attraction?

    Any place is assigned to that category?

    Please send us wp admin credentials again and I’ll have a look.

    Hi,

    at the end of the page GD >> Design >> Map

    it says : Tick respective post type or categories which you want to hide from home page map widget.

    They are all unticked, execpt the default CPT for the map : Dog Friendly Attraction

    So do I need to tick everything/untick everything?

    Thanks for your help @paolo – just trying to get this fixed before I go away tonight on holiday
