Mobile screen width and structure of Supreme

Hi.

Im running the supreme theme with almost all addons. My url is http://www.naringsklivet.se
Really great theme by the way.

1. I have changed the feature image and some small changes but no coding yet and have just taken away the filter over the feature image with css. When I checked the mobile its just like 60 percent of the width. What makes this conflict?

2. In the other theme I used earlier, Kleo theme, I really liked the structure with a sort of menu that you can see here http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/business-directory/places/new-york/hotels/alexander-inn/ especially the menu of profile, photo, map, reviews etc.

Before I go further with supreme, can I get this structure as well or is it restricted to your other theme? I know anything is possible but for in terms of a rookie I mean. How do I set up this structure.
