move free listing and upgrade option

Is there a way to move where this notification ‘select package’ (attached) appears? Ideally, I want a user to sign up for the free account and then not until after they claim a listing should they be allowed to upgrade their account or at least if that isn’t possible, can I somehow move this upgrade option elsewhere?

You can hide the package selection with this CSS:
```
.geodir_price_package_row {display: none;}
```
And then link directly to the packages like this
/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place&package_id=2
/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_event&package_id=5 etc

I don’t understand exactly what you are trying to achieve though.
A user only has one account (username and password), but can have more than one listing.
Signing up for a user account does not create a listing, it is a 2 step process.

Is it possible to have the upgrade account option show up after someone claims a listing rather than before?
