Multi Location Add-on / Made Purchase Cannot Access Update

I just purchased the multi-location addon this morning at ThemeTailors. However, when I accessed my computer this afternoon I noticed that there is an update for the plugin. However, I cannot access the update (or the multilocation forum) because my profile says I must purchase a membership (or something like that).

Am I missing something? Did I just pay $45 for an outdated add-on?

Make sure you use the same email here as at themetailors.
Then you should be able to sync your account from your profile page here.

Thank you… I successfully synced my accounts. I will now post my issue in the correct forum (because I still can’t update my plugin).

hi Keith,

autoupdate doesn’t work for Addon bought on TT yet.

You need to download the updated version from your “My orders” page on themetailors and manually update.
