Multi-ratings and review plugin not working

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hey I just purchased and uploaded the multiratings/review addon but nothing is showing up under my post review section. Is there a setting I need to select to have everything show up correctly? Attached are my current MultiRatings settings:

    Hello,

    make sure you have enabled comments. Comments must be enabled on each individual listing, and then there is also a WP settings that will enable comments on new listings that are created.

    WordPress – Settings – Discussion – Allow comments

    If that isn’t the issue, then please make a private reply with your WP Admin credentials and we will be happy to check your settings.

    I’ve enabled the Comments on the listing. So for your future listings, reviews should work now. Please test it and let us know.
