    Hi,

    I have activated the plugin and set up ratings per documentation. I have setup rating styles and criteria for Create Ratings, but nothing shows on the front end. Is there an additional step needed to make it active?

    Make sure to set each listing for comments to be enabled, and check the general WP settings for comments also.

    You can also check in GD settings to make sure you have not disabled ratings for any of the CPTs.

    Two questions:
    1. Is it possible to incorporate ratings into the advanced search?
    2. can the overall rating be an average of sub ratings like food, service and decor?

    Hi,

    unfortunately neither one of those things is possible out of the box.

    1 we’ll make sure it is possible in V2.

    2 we discussed this in the past and we agreed that the overall should be a rating assigned by the user and not an average of other criteria.

    For example, even if the price was high and I give 3 stars, I can still think the overall experience was worth 5 stars.

    Trip Advisor works the same way.
