I am not sure, but maybe using the English map may solve the location URL question.
GD > Design > Map tab > Default map language > ENGLISH

I’ll get a developer to look at your question too, this may only be after the weekend though.

To use the rich text editor for the listing description:
GD > Design > Listings tab > Show description field as editor > select the CPT.

    Thanks

If you want english url’s you would have to do what guust says:
GD > Design > Map tab > Default map language > ENGLISH but i get that this might not be the best idea.

You can change the URL structure under GD> Permalinks

Trying to change the URL structure according to your method is not feasible, there are other ways?

Translation should not appear on the URL

Or the direct code changes to a fixed ID

    Thank you

The info has to be stored in ONE language, if you wan it in your original language then you would need to transalte all the locations to english to then show them in the url.
