    Stiofan, as you work on multisite just wanted to make sure you had network posting plugin, ThreeWP Broadcast https://wordpress.org/plugins/threewp-broadcast/ on your radar. it supports custom post types and updates child when parent is updated.

    We will will be working on multisite very soon. We have setup a test area to start testing things soon.

    Hi Stiofan,
    I wanted to know possible date for multisite compatibility release as you have kept telling that you will be working on it very soon.

    I recommended your plugin to my clients but delay to multisite compatibility is delaying the overall site development and increasing unnecessary cost.

    I have a data of million listings to be imported but it simply cannot work on a single wordpress installation.

    To be very precise, many business directories like Yelp, Manta.com and yellowpages know that it is very difficult to handle data for all countries stored in single table or database, so they go for country top level domains to scale it.

    I hope you release it very soon.

    Any progress on this? I would like to have GeoDirectory installed on two sites in a multisite environment. I am not seeing the “Places” special categories option on the second site.

    Hi,

    GD is multisite compatable, you must NOT activate it over the network but on each site.

    Thanks so much. I already have one site setup using this plugin and it’s network enabled. Am I going to lose all of the data if I change it to be active on each site instead? Any advice is appreciated.

    I doubt it, if so then it will just be a case of renaming some tables…
