My 5 important questions about GeoDirectory v2

    Hello team, I hope you are well and that I would not be too long, I have 5 important questions please:

    1) I am in the process of listing a list of FARMERS in the directory (original CPT places). There are several types of FARMERS: market gardeners, bakers, butchers, beekeepers, … (CATEGORIES of Places)

    The problem is that I would like to also manage the PRODUCTS offered by each farmer, so that a user can search for any PRODUCT in the advanced search: product name, price, custom fields, …

    My question is: what should I use for the PRODUCTS? Create a new CPT, or use the Places TAGS?

    2) I need please the translations of List Manager (.po/.mo are not available on translations page & archive files)

    3) AUTO-EXPAND: How to automatically expand the opening hours on a detail page?

    4) I want customize the “GD => Output Location” widget.

    Here the current display:

    7 Chemin des Tuileries
    Narbonne
    Occitanie
    11100

    But that’s not a correct adress, the correct adresse should be displayed like this on detail page:

    7 Chemin des Tuileries
    11100 – Narbonne
    Occitanie (France)

    I see that it is not possible to customize the order of custom fields. I looked at the file “class-geodir-widget-output-location.php” and apparently it’s not as simple as I thought.

    5) Another thing, me and my small team have a proposal for you: who handles the official translations of GeoDirectory + extensions, and UsersWP + extensions? I have a proposal to do: full and professional fr_FR translations)

    1) Create a new CPT, that has no addresses and allow farmers to link between farmers and products.

    2) You will have to do your own translations as explained here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/translation/overview/

    3) Try this CSS:

    .gd-bh-toggled .gd-bh-open-hours {
    display: initial !important;
}

    4) To re-order the custom fields, go to Places > Settings > Custom fields and drag and drop to change the order.

    5) The translations are linked here. But they are for the V1 version, so you may have to merge with the current version.

    Thank you for your answers, but it is not precise and I do not have any effective answers. I’m sorry to have created a big post, I thought you would appreciate that I do not create 5 posts for 5 questions. But the answers are more relevant when there is only one question. Sorry I’ll do it again next time.

    01) Ok thank you, if I understood correctly, I understand I need must create a new CPT (with GeoDirectory CPT add-on) to be able to manage the products of each farmer (places).

    2) Make sure you have the latest version. You should have Version 2.1.0.2. I am not sure what you mean with “(.po/.mo are not available on translations page & archive files)”. You can find the files at …/wp-content/plugins/geodir_list_manager/languages

    4) I think what you are asking, is that you want to customize the address output. Have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/address-format-per-cpt/#post-455938

    5) I’ll get the developers to look at your question 5.
