    Hi, If a user is in certain category listings page (before a location was selected), how can the user narrow such category listings to only the nearest ones?

    Hi Eduardo,

    Unfortunately, there isn’t an option out of the box achieve this and would definitely require customization. I’d suggest that you bring this question to the “Jobs” section https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/forum/geodirectory-jobs/ and see if anyone there could help you with this.

    Hi Kor,

    From my personal point of view this should be a basic Geodirectory behavior since a user would intuitively go to a category first and after seeing many listings far away would try to narrow to near-locations but when they change the location the current category being viewed is wiped so they need to start over.

    Would it be possible to add it to the further features queue?

    Hi,

    this is really not possible, the location session is set via the Location page.

    We must make them pass though that page in order to lock the location.

    Thank you Paolo,

    One last question about it, is it possible to “hold” the location when clicking on the “home” logo since when I do it the location is reset.

    Hope I explained myself.

    Yes there is an option in GeoDirectory >> MultiLocations >> Home page should go to

    select: Current location page (ex: mysite.com/location/glasgow/)
