Near Me Filter Does Not Work

Hi,

The Near Me filter is having some issues:

1. I have checked the ‘Near Me’ box and set the range at 1km (pic 1). However, when I choose cafe and hit search, the results are from locations further from 1km (pic 2).

2. Similarly, the autocomplete for ‘cafe’ returns results which are further than 1km for me to choose from. (pic 3)

Note: I have amended scripts geodirectory_advanced_search_hooks_actions.php and frontend.js to:
a) Disable the location input on checking of ‘near me’ checkbox
b) Move the checkbox out from under the location input to below the logo.
But the above problems have been there even before the amendments above were made.
