Need help finishing my site!

I have come a long way creating my site. I am nearly complete, but there are certain elements that I want customized and certain areas I can not figure out. I am also tired of developers who take weeks to reply, I am seeking someone who knows GD and the old GeoTheme, as I had to convert, and who absolutely has the time and availability to complete my site quickly and efficiently.
