Need help in making website more user friendly

Hi,

We have domain name http://www.insurance.guru which is built on geodirectory paid theme. Under this website we wanted to have section to read about type of insurance and along with various types of Policies. Now we have created the Post Categories and post then following issue are coming:

1> we wanted to have LHS section in both Category of post and Post detail but option is not available.

2> We wanted to display these Categories / posts to each directory listing and detail page also but no option available.

3> In the Category section we wanted to have some write up like for Post category Life Insurance: we also want to write about Life insurance along with post types but option is not available.

4> We wanted to set multi country currency like in India Listing price should show in INR but in USA it should be shown in $ with variable pricing option. ( example – in India listing cost Rs.2000 then in United States we wanted to have $200)
