a)Before we added the multi location add on- we downloaded dummy data. Of course that shifted all dummy data to my location in Florida. it is difficult to test search if everything centered on same address. So we wanted to delete dummy date and re-download. Is this possible to do?
Since then have added new pages, however unable to download dummy data because we already did.
Per support documentation- if we delete Dummy data, we cannot get it back again? is that true?
Have added new pages “Specialized Diving” and, it is not “seeing” or reflecting the new added listings, and unsure of how to get it to show on that page. Currently, only “Listing page” shows all listings, and has a drop down-Places-EVENTS-Specialized Diving-Find an Agent.
The Events page- does get the date, so how do I set each new CPT page to get the Geo Directory (not all will be geo directory only some.
I wanted users/visitors to be able to go to various pages that adding new CPT’s for, so that I can indicate unique categories of search & pricing.
—so how do I get a new listing to show up in new pages assigned for various CPT’s? Each CPT may have different categories and should have different results.
b) I would like to know if you can give me some GeoDirectory web designers, as I feel like we need help from someone who understands the ins and outs of Geo Directory. Its very complicated and at this rate, could take us years. Getting very frustrated. Suzan
Copied from Geo Directory Support:
. Install dummy data (optional but recommended):
This step will add a few categories and listings to your site, so you can get a feel of what is possible with your GeoDirectory site. You will be able to delete them later.
If you do not install the dummy data or you delete the dummy data, you will have to make sure that you create at least one category for your Custom Post Types like Places or Events, or you will not be able to add any listings.
