Neighbourhood meta title & description changes not saving

I’m probably overlooking something simple, but is there a reason why amendments to the Neighbourhood Meta Title and Description are not retained when Save is clicked?

It always reverts back to the original content.

I have only noticed the issue since installing of the latest core and plugin updates, but cannot say that both are related?
