Hi guys,
I wasn’t able to figure this out even after going through the GV2 documentation.
New Theme – Details page sidebar items missing. (See attached)

Just add the GD output location widget to your theme sidebar. V2 uses your theme sidebar or if you are using a GD theme you will find a GD sidebar.
