Hi,

reCAPTCHA is an Add-on.

How come you are a free users and you have addons installed?

If you bought them on Theme Tailors please sync your account here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/asareshef/

We don’t provide support for addons to users that we don’t have proof of purchase.

there is no captcha or recaptcha….
i dont use any addons

I see you have another plugin called WP-reCAPTCHA installed, please try to disable it and let us know.
