new user registration mail getting delayed

    Hi Team,

    New registration mail is getting delayed by 30-35 minutes.

    My website: http://threadandneedle.in/

    Checked with hosting vendor(GoDaddy) no erro from their side.

    Please can you look into this issue

    Hi Sandeep,
    GeoDirectory uses regular wp_mail function. The email is enqueued immediately, there can’t be delay unless the mail server is delaying.

    Please try to test by leaving a comment on any regular wordpress post like this: http://threadandneedle.in/hello-world/

    As admin you should get a notification. If that’s delayed too, than it is a SMTP problem.
