Hello, hope you can helps us with a few issues encountered sincd migrating to version 2
1)Maps:
when inputting ads via admin we have this message’’this page cannot load Google maps correctly’’ then it asks if site belongs to us. Despite not having billing account, we never had this problem with Version 1. We followed your documentation on api and wonder if we can continue without having an account as was the case before installing version 2 a few days ago. As things stand, we cannot input ads at all.2)CPT categories on sidebar are right justified (see attached screen shot), in blocks that take up too much space vertically. Compare with sidebar in V1. Have tried text align css but it has not effect.
3)Photos on listings page are huge though we did not modify them when converting to version 2
4)Why do we have this search link?
5)Where is the V2 general permalink?
Thanks for hour advice

Thanks for your post and I’m glad that you chose to upgrade to V2. Please allow me to answer your questions accordingly.
1. You can refer to this section of the documentation for your reference https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/google/
2. Can I have the screenshot please?
3. How does it look like previously? And how do you want it to look like?
4. Which search link?
5. Refer here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/permalinks/

Thanks for your reply. I’ve just inspected your homepage and I’m able to see categories on the left side of the page. Do you mean you want it to display on the right side instead and with icons?

.geodir-categories-container ul li .gd-cptcat-cat-right a { float:left; } .geodir-categories-container ul li .gd-cptcat-cat-right { width: 100%; }April 9, 2019 at 7:52 pm #479628This reply has been marked as private.April 9, 2019 at 8:00 pm #479630This reply has been marked as private.April 10, 2019 at 9:25 am #479761Hello,
1) I have modified snippet “Snippets > Fix Google Map Conflict” for GeoDirectory v2. Updated with this snippet https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/geocode-error/#post-469375
3) Listings page is full width page so it expands photos size to fit page width.
Let us know.
