No button to select price package

Good Afternoon,

1) On the add listing pages for both of my post types, there is no way to select a package. The packages and icons are there, but there is no button to actually select or change the package. (Screenshot attached) I have version 2.5.0.9 of the Pricing Manager installed.

I am having two other issues unrelated to the Pricing Manager Plugin. Let me know if I should post in a different forum regarding these.

2) When I try to enter my licence keys, I get an error message. I followed the documentation regarding the Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades plugin, however I am still having the same problem.

3) I am using a plugin called Buddypress User Profile Tabs Creator Pro and there is a conflict with the core Geodirectory plugin which prevents the editor from appearing. I deactivated all plugins. The problem only occurs with the Geodirectory plugin. (Screenshots attached)
