No email working

    I am full member and installed all the plugins which you offered. Having activated Buddypress integration plugin too.

    My site: https://yofirms.com/

    I set the option for my website:
    GeoDirectory > GeoDirectory BuddyPress Integration Settings > Use BuddyPress registration form (“selected”= If this option is selected, the GD registration form will redirect to the BuddyPress registration from.)

    Now Problem is when anyone register on my website no any email received for the activations. I checked with 3 registration with different emails and check all the tabs in email through inbox, spam.

    Nothing is working. please help me ASAP.

    Hello,

    GeoDirectory does not send user activation emails, that is a BuddyPress option, so it would be best to contact BuddyPress for support

    If the email has been created, whether GD or BP, and shows up in email log, the issue is one of two possibilities, neither of which is something we can help you with:

    1. The email is going to spam
    2. The email is being blocked by your host

    Spam

    There are a wide variety of possible solutions, including using a domain email or getting a third party service to send email.

    Host Blocking

    Contact the site host and ask them about what you or they can do about email not leaving the server.
