no emails arriving for Send Enquiry or Send to a Friend

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Cant get any emails to be received using the Send Enquiry of Send to a Friend functions.

    Could someone take a look into it for me please?

    Hi,

    iIs any of the other email notifications sent? For example, do you get an email as admin when a new user registers or leaves a comment on a page or post?

    Actually I’ll amend that last comment. The only emails that are workign is emails to the admin if a new user is registered directly in wordpress. The rest from the send to a friend, send enquiry, review notifictions are not coming through.

    Hi,

    in that case the problem isn’t with our plugin, but the server not playing well with wordpress.

    In many cases you can resolve this by installing a SMTP plugin.
